Cyberpunk & Derelict

Cyberpunk was a big stretch. The city just got an in-fiction messaging device and a zoomable city map on which you can build districts.

The Derelict side of the table really comes alive. Make a character, track them through the worst night of their life, and explore a star map that finally looks like deep space.

What's New With Cyberpunk:

The Comms device: Your crew now carries a skeuomorphic handheld for in-character messaging. Slide it open, read your threads, fire off a message. The GM can jam it, brick it, or knock a contact offline — and the screen reacts: static when jammed, cracked glass when broken, dead when powered down. A shared "Data Pool" channel keeps the whole party talking.

City Map: Drop in a map of your city, lay a hex grid over it, and carve out named districts with their own descriptions and art. Map uploads now keep full resolution, so the corner of your grimiest district stays sharp. Run as many maps as you like per game.

Derelict:

Build a real Derelict crew. Step through character creation, class, stats, skills, saves, loadout, and land on a full character sheet. Whatever you make now shows up in the Crew Manifest on the home screen.

Survive (or don't). The sheet tracks wounds, stress, panic checks, and death saves the way the system means them to work: take a hit, drop to zero, roll on the wound table, sweat the countdown.

A living star map. Every system is its own painted body — glowing stars, ringed gas giants, off-center moons that actually drift and tumble. Click a hex and an Aliens-style green readout types itself out beside it (with sound fx!)

Flip the whole table's look. A new "Aliens 1986" cold-cyan theme sits alongside the classic green-phosphor "Alien 1979." The GM cycles it from the top bar, and every player's screen follows instantly.

The handset is real now. Comms lives inside a battered device, antenna, knobs, status lights, with its own boot-up sequence, and every menu slides in inside the screen instead of popping over the app.
